Enrichment Opportunities for Everyone!
From infants to big kids – and their adults, too! – Shalom Orlando has enrichment programs to engage them all. There are options to fit a variety of schedules, interests, and age ranges, and JCC members or Shayna's Village members can save on every one! Afternoon Enrichment – Mondays starting June 8
Yoga for Kids
1:00-1:45 p.m.
Give your child the tools they need to live a healthy, happy life with mindful yoga. Through stretch and strength exercise, simple meditation practice and mindfulness training, children learn balance on and off their mats. Every class includes movement sequences woven together with classroom themes like gratitude and integrity, along with breathing and yoga exercises that all children can enjoy.
Physical Education
1:00-1:45 p.m., 2:00-2:45 p.m., and 3:00-3:45 p.m.
Calling all athletes! Get ready to move, make friends, and have a blast this summer! In this action-packed class. We will work on developing and strengthening our gross motor skills through a variety of sports, obstacle courses, and fun, engaging activities all summer!

Sam’s Kosher Kitchen
1:00-1:45 p.m., 2:00-2:45 p.m., and 3:00-3:45 p.m.
Sam's Kosher Kitchen iis an interactive cooking program where kids step into the role of real chef. Each week they will mix, build, layer, and create fun kosher-friendly recipes designed jusr for their age.
Cheer with UKnight
2:00-2:45 p.m. and 3:00-3:45 p.m.
Cheerleading blends stunting, tumbling, jumps, and dance to build strength, confidence, and teamwork. In our upbeat enrichment classes, athletes learn fundamental skills in a fun and supportive environment. Participants will develop coordination, flexibility, and performance techniques while gaining a strong foundation in the basics of cheer. Perfect for beginners and those eager to shine a little brighter!
Junior Tennis Development
2:00-2:45 p.m.
Revolution Academy's Junior Tennis Program helps children build proper technique, movement, and hand-eye coordination while developing a love for the game. Red Ball is effective training tailored to ages 3-5. Young athletes play with slower, larger red balls on a 36-foot court using smaller racquets, perfect for learning the basics and gaining confidence.
Afternoon Enrichment – Wednesdays
Ballet
1:00 -1:45 p.m., 2:00-2:45 p.m., and 3:00- 3:45 p.m.
This 8-week ballet class introduces preschoolers to the fundamentals of movement, balance, and coordination through fun, age-appropriate activities. Children will explore basic ballet positions while building confidence and creativity in a supportive environment. Please note that families will need to purchase ballet slippers for their child to wear in each class.
Splash Squad - Group Swim
1:00-1:45 p.m., 2:00-2:45 p.m., and 3:00-3:45 p.m.
These small group swim lessons are great for children (ages 3-5) who already have a foundation in swimming and want to gain confidence and a more advanced skillset in the water. These group lessons are structured the same as private lessons, with the children benefiting from observing and learning alongside their peers. Games and free swim time are incorporated into each lesson.

Basketball Basics
1:00-1:45 p.m., 2:00-2:45 p.m., and 3:00-3:45 p.m.
Basketball Enrichment is back! This fun and energetic program is designed to help young athletes build confidence while developing their basketball skills through exciting drills and games.
Keyboard Capers
1:00-1:45 p.m.
In this class, the children will learn beginning keyboard skills in a fun and engaging way. Children will practice key locations, finger placement, and simple typing tasks like their name. Lessons often include colorful visuals and interactive games to build motor skills and familiarity through play. All keyboards will be provided.

News Crew is a weekly camper-led program where kids step into the spotlight as reporters and story tellers. Every week wraps with a fun video recap and digital newsletter sent to families, so parents never miss a moment
Jazz
1:00-1:45 p.m., 2:00-2:45 p.m., and 3:00-3:45 p.m.
Our 8-week jazz class encourages preschoolers to express themselves through upbeat music, energetic movement, and simple choreography. Children will develop coordination, rhythm, and confidence while having fun in a lively and engaging setting. Please note that families will need to purchase ballet slippers for their child to wear in each class.
