Become a Sustainable Organization
Strengthen operational efficiencies, diversify revenue streams, and build long-term financial stability to ensure Shalom Orlando's continued impact.
Capital Campaign for the Shalom Orlando Campus
Launch a comprehensive capital campaign to modernize and expand the Shalom Orlando campus and The Roth Family JCC's facilities while ensuring a state-of-the-art space for Jewish life, education, and recreation.
Long-Term Shalom Orlando Campus Maintenance Plan
Protect the financial health of Shalom Orlando by planning for ongoing facility maintenance and infrastructure improvements. Based on an external study performed by a subject matter expert, the estimated annual cost to maintain the campus is $300,000.
Jewish Philanthropy, Endowment Growth, & the TOP Jewish Foundation
Strengthen endowment-building efforts and encourage legacy giving to sustain Jewish life in Central Florida. Expand community endowment and legacy giving opportunities to ensure long-term financial sustainability for Jewish life in Central Florida.

Ensure Shalom Orlando's digital presence is a comprehensive hub for Jewish life in Central Florida.

Investing in Jewish Community, Security & Infrastructure
Community Security Program
Strengthen safety measures for Central Florida Jewish institutions by securing funding and implementing security protocols.
Community Grant & Allocation Model
Implement an annual grant-based allocation process to fund local Jewish initiatives, ensuring transparency and impact-driven philanthropy.
Healthcare Insurance for Jewish Agencies
Establish a collective healthcare insurance plan to ensure affordability and access for employees across Jewish organizations.
Back-Office Services (HR & Accounting)
Provide centralized human resources and financial management support for Jewish agencies, enabling them to focus on their mission.
Lobbying, Grant Writing & Fundraising Support for the Community
Assist synagogues, schools, and Jewish organizations in securing funding through an annual allocations model and expert grant writing support. Secure local, state, and federal grants for the community.
