This community course is designed to give parents and caregivers (first time and experienced) a guided walkthrough on feeding development from birth through toddlerhood. This class will target how feeding skills develop, what your child is ready for, and how to support safe and confident eaters without pressure or fear. We will cover anatomy, safety, transition from bottles to cups, introducing new foods and textures, red flags for disorders, and supporting sensory exploration. We will build community with other parents and families experiencing the same challenges, build our practical toolkit, and boost the confidence to trust both your child and yourself!
This is not a class for children, it is for parents and caregivers only.
