Why This Role Matters
This role shapes how families experience Shalom Orlando.
It influences whether children feel a true sense of belonging. Whether parents trust, engage, and come back.
Whether staff grow into confident leaders.
You are not stepping into a system that's already built. You are helping define what this becomes.
If you believe camp is one of the most powerful ways to build community where children belong and families connect, this is your chance to lead, build, and make it real.
We'd love to meet you.
