Jewish Professionals Night 2026

Tuesday, March 10, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Shalom Orlando

Featuring Author and Israeli Comedian Benji Lovitt

Central Florida Jewish professionals are invited to an evening of connection, conversation, community...

... and laughter!

Shalom Orlando is hosting a special social networking event featuring author and Israeli comedian Benji Lovitt.

Benji’s program, It's Ok to Laugh: Coping Through Dark Humor, explores how Israelis have always turned to humor during even the darkest times, not to be insensitive, but as a coping mechanism. He has performed around the world for JCCs, Hillels, and Birthright groups and has appeared on Israeli television and radio and in outlets such as USA Today, Time Magazine, BBC Radio, The Atlantic, and the Times of Israel. Benji has also worked as a cross-cultural trainer with groups including Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Masa Israel Journey, and he recently co-authored Israel 201, the winner of the National Jewish Book Award for Jewish Identity and Education.

This engaging event is free and open to local Jewish professionals of all ages and career stages.

Admission is free, but registration is required. Fill out and submit this form to register:
