Paid experience
A nine-month, part-time work experience at partnering locations helps participants develop workplace skills while earning a paycheck.
Personal support
One-to-one volunteer job coaches model and refine job skills, supporting confidence and independence in an accepting work environment.
Community connections
RAISE collaborates with local partner locations and provides guidance to help participants transition to jobs in the community.
A next step toward meaningful work
RAISE serves adults with disabilities who are seeking employment and face challenges finding work. The programme combines work experience with opportunities to practise social skills and engage with the community.
RAISE is an approved vendor of the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and may provide services to Vocational Rehabilitation participants.
